Coach, Facilitator, Service Designer (MHS)
Johanna is passionate about co-development. She is a multi-skilled talent with over ten years of experience in development projects, especially in the public sector. Her particular expertise is in delivering inspiring and engaging (remote) workshops and training sessions and developing services and processes.
She excels at tackling difficult situations in both digital and live settings. In these times, it’s critical to have your finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the world, which is why she’s constantly exploring new digital tools, blogs, podcasts, and books.
Her practical and client-centric coaching style is founded on her studies at the University of Lapland (Service Design, 2019) and the University of Jyväskylä (Master of Health Sciences, 2011). In her free time, Johanna plays the piano, leads her sons’ artistic gymnastics team, and serves on the board of Suomen Fasilitaattorit ry (The Finnish Association of Facilitators).
