Maija is an experienced facilitator and coach who is passionate about participative work and enabling effective peer learning and thinking together.

Her speciality is creating systemic understanding and effective interaction with the help of visual methods and tools. Maija also excels at process modelling and the visual crystallisation of brainwork. In addition to logical thinking, she brings a fair amount of creativity, humour, and bright colours to the table. As one of Finland’s visual facilitation pioneers, she has trained hundreds of professionals in various fields in visual facilitation. Maija works fluently in Finnish and English.

In her free time, she recharges her batteries and feeds her creativity through painting, meditation, and yoga. One of her favourite pastimes is to spend time in nature collecting wild herbs.
