Maija also excels at process modelling and the visual crystallisation of brainwork. In addition to logical thinking, she brings a fair amount of creativity, humour, and bright colours to the table. As one of Finland’s visual facilitation pioneers, she has trained hundreds of professionals in various fields in visual facilitation. Maija works fluently in Finnish and English.<\/span><\/p>\n In her free time, she recharges her batteries and feeds her creativity through painting, meditation, and yoga.
